Aw man, my first 5 workouts this summer have been killer- ripping up my back with some barbell rows, hit three sets of 12 on front and flipped grip, meaning i’m lookin’ to raise the weight!
Chest has been tough, kinda hit a platuo- but you know what, i was trying out free weight bench press and diggin it- i think i’ll try that out.
i destroyed 100 squats on 175- almost blew out my lower back though- used my power belt on back today so my lower back wont interfere with my body weight 100 squats- so excited for sunday.
as far as my arm workouts go, they’ve been pretty solid- i like this new set i’m rockin, i might add another triceps move though, i want to get em big yeah know? So far this week has been great!
